Your next steps depend on what platform you use and how you currently pay for your subscription.

IF YOU ARE SUBSCRIBED VIA THE APP STORE

1. Go to the app store
2. Tap 'My Account' (top right icon)
3. Tap 'Subscriptions'
4. Under 'Active', tap 'TRC' and then tap the ‘Cancel Subscription' button
5. Come back to this email and tap the 'Register As New Customer' button below.
6. Tap ‘Subscribe’ on the Platinum package and follow the prompts

WHAT IF I'VE ALREADY SUBSCRIBED TO THE NEW PLATINUM PACKAGE?

Simply update your app and you’re good to go!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOTHING?

If you were on weekly or monthly plan, you will no longer be able to access your old subscription and you need to need to subscribe to a new package to access premium features. NB - Quarterly and annual subscriptions will be active until their expiry.
